EPSL is a voluntary association for its members aimed at promoting sporting activities for blind and partially sighted people in Estonia. We were first established on 13 March 1970. and re-introduction in 1992 in Tartu. Actively participate in sports promotion, We aim to introduce new sports for visually impaired people ant try to maintain consistency in dealing with traditional sports. For years, our members have been successfully engaged in a swimming, showdown, athletics, skiing, checkers, chess, rowing, shooting and karate.
We look forward for visually impaired people to join us and express themselves though sport and physical activities
